MY STORY

Marc Mandeng is a son, a nephew, a friend, and someone with a big heart and an even bigger will to live. Diagnosed with kidney disease, Marc is now in end-stage renal failure. Dialysis helps for now, but it is not a long-term solution. What he needs is a kidney transplant.

Marc's condition has progressed despite every effort, and time is running out. But there is hope: a living donor transplant offers the best chance for survival and long-term health. He spends his days staying positive, leaning on his loved ones, and believing someone out there is willing to help. Maybe that someone is you.

Kidney Paired Exchange

In a kidney paired exchange, you have a donor willing to donate a kidney on your behalf, but you are incompatible with the donor or want to try to find a better match. With kidney paired exchange, your donor will donate their kidney to another recipient in exchange for a compatible kidney for you. d
